Q: How long is the purchase plan?

A: All of our plans are for 12 months.

Q: Can a customer come pick up the item?

A: OwnMyStuff delivers all of our products directly to our customers’ homes.  We do not have a store front.

Q: Where are you located?

A: Utah County

Q: Do you sell to customers outside of Utah?

A: No

Q: Is this more expensive than paying cash for the item?

A: Yes.  However, we allow you to pay over time with no money down and no credit check.

Q: How do your prices compare to other rent to own companies?

A: We offer highly competitive prices that are on average more affordable than our competitors.

Q: Are the items brand new?

A: Yes, our items are brand new.  We occasionally sell pre-owned items but those items are clearly marked and listed separately.

Q: Can I return the item before the 12 month purchase plan is completed?

A: Yes.  However, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Q: Is there a referral discount?

A: Yes.  A referral discount will be applied to your account for every referral that brings a new customer. (Referral discounts are applied directly to your account. The referral discount will be applied at the end of the contract term.)

Q: What does the pricing listed on the website mean?

A: The pricing listed on the website is the cost per week.  You do have the option of setting up a weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly payment plans that best suits your pay periods.
